Payment Policy Payment is due at the time of registration, or in accordance with payment plans offered (if applicable). If your employer will be paying on your behalf, please contact the SC RID Treasurer at treasurer@southcarolinarid.org . The Treasurer can assist with completing your registration, and will send a private payment link to your employer for online payment processing, if desired.
Cancellation Policy After registration is completed, if a member or non-member participant needs to cancel their registration, refunds are not guaranteed and will be distributed in accordance with the Refund Policy below. All requests to cancel registration must be emailed to the SC RID treasurer at treasurer@southcarolinarid.org, as soon as you become aware of the change in your plans. |
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued as follows:
If cancellation notice is received by the treasurer:
Exceptions to the refund policy must be approved by the SC RID Board of Directors.
- 60 days prior to event date, a full refund is available
- 30 days prior to event, 50% of paid fees will be refunded
- 15 days prior to event, no refund will be given
