Friday dinner and Saturday lunch will be catered by Austin's Ocean One

Chef Bill Austin is an honors graduate of the CIA, The Culinary Institute of America. He brings credentials and experience to the position of Executive Chef at Ocean One and Cabana Cafe, having owned and operated seven restaurants over the years. Chef Bill has won numerous culinary awards for food preparation, presentation and original recipes. 

Dinner, Friday, February 28, 2019 at 6:15PM

(meal includes an entrée, small caesar salad, chef’s choice dessert, non - alcoholic beverage, alcoholic beverages available for purchase)

Entrée Selections:

  • Cabana Meat Loaf with wild Mushroom sauce, Mashed Potatoes and Vegetables
  • Austin’s Bronzed Grouper Filet with Southern Succotash with Baby Beans, Corn & Bacon, Lemon, Caper, Dill Aioli
  • Pawley’s Pasta with one choice of either 1) Shrimp, 2) Chicken, or 3) Mushrooms, with Sun-dried Tomato, Basil, Parmesan Cream Sauce with Spinach and Shrimp over Penne Pasta


Lunch, Saturday, February 29, 2019 at 12PM

(includes an entrée and a non-alcoholic beverage)

Entrée Selections:

  • Southern Cobb Salad Mixed Greens, Fried Okra, Tomato, Hard Boiled Egg, Grilled Chicken, Bacon, Cheddar, Avocado, Jalapeno Ranch Dressing
  • Southern Cobb Salad (without meat) Mixed Greens, Fried Okra, Tomato, Hard Boiled Egg, Cheddar, Avocado, Jalapeno Ranch Dressing
  • Buttermilk Battered Chicken Strip Basket with Peach Slaw, Fries and Honey Mustard Mayo.
  • Southern Dip - Sliced Roast Beef, Hoagie Roll, Melted Swiss, French Fries & Au Jus Dip


*Saturday dinner is on your own so that you can see the town and enjoy time away from the venue with colleagues.
